Responsibilities:
- Identification of new customer profiles
- Identification of new data source
- Designing ETL application to process the data source
- Developing ETL application to process the data source
- Integration all profiles (including other transactional-based profiles) into single view of customer profiles
- Liaise with business users to utilize the customer profiles
- Liaise with data source owner to acquire the data sourc
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) graduated from Computer Science/IT/Engineering with 5 years experience in Application Development or SQL Programming
- Experience of using the ETL tools and ERD tools and database engine
- Has exposure to Enterprise DBMS preferably Oracle and BI Application
- Has Knowledge about Market Segmentation Profiling (Telco and Non Telco)
- Understanding on Data-warehouse, Telco IT System and Billing System, would be an advantage
